About Courtney
Courtney Runyon is a motivational speaker, international best-selling author, and coach. As an autoimmune survivor, she has inspired millions through her social media to keep their spirits up and have a positive outlook on life, even when life falls apart.
Courtney was filling her 30’s with adventure when she noticed her body slowly shutting down, and within months she was paralyzed from the neck down. After intensive treatment and rehabilitation she regained much of what she lost and has since hiked 500 miles across Northern Spain and traveled all over the world.
Courtney’s story of recovery and renewal has been featured in major media outlets including Yahoo! News, The Daily Mirror and The Daily Star, and in 2018 her appearance on Dallas’ ABC TV station, WFAA Channel 8 News, won an Emmy.
She is currently traveling the world exploring different ways to heal, while organizing speaking gigs, women’s retreats, and coaching fighters how to navigate through mental and physical health struggles.
