I created this experience for the woman who’s ready to prioritize her wellness, go ALL IN on her dreams & eager to explore the ancient practices of yoga (on & off the mat). I’m excited to show you how yoga is applicable in the modern world & how it can empower you to live an incredible life.
Yoga is more than a physical practice, it’s a lifestyle. It’s being intentional with how you eat, live, think, move & show up in your relationships, starting with the relationship with yourself. This retreat is an opportunity to fully embrace the lifestyle of a yogi, feel at home in your body & deeply know yourself (your shadows & super powers).
Self discovery & mindset is a big part of the retreat experience. Our mind is a powerful tool & I’ve experienced first hand the power of mindset & perspective, it can change literally everything in our lives. I look forward to supporting you in seeing the ways in which your mindset may be holding you back & keeping you small. Then we’ll create a new way of thinking & practices to support you so that your thoughts, self image, actions & beliefs are in alignment with who you want to be & the life you want to live. You can expect coaching tailored to your specific needs & desires, soulful, empowering conversations, guided meditation, journaling practices & mental/energetic breakthroughs that bring you real results in life.
You can expect a weekend of self discovery, an immersion in health & wellness & a deep dive into your physical yoga practice on the mat (yoga assessment, classes, hands on assists, workshops catered to your goals), yoga philosophy, kriya yoga practices (detoxification techniques), eating for your body type (Ayurveda), etc.. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose from a menu of other tailored wellness & self care services (full list below).
Everyone’s wellness journey looks different. On your discovery call we’ll create an itinerary that is catered to your specific wellness & life goals, incorporate daily movement, self care practices, healthy & delicious food, personal development practices, time to relax/reflect, etc.. Leading a healthy life isn’t always easy or convenient, which is why a private wellness retreat is such a gift to yourself. Everything is planned ahead & all the details are figured out for you, so you can relax & receive.
We’ll also identify your core blocks in wellness, life & yoga so you can breakthrough them & I’ll support you in creating a strong foundation & provide you with tangible tools & practices that you can weave into your everyday life that will leave you feeling confident & aligned.
I believe JOY is a nutrient & a necessary part of our wellbeing, so there we’ll also be plenty of opportunities to indulge & prioritize pleasure, freedom & fun (fun raises our vibration!).

This experience was designed to be a 1:1 retreat however, due to popular demand, you now have the ability to bring a +1 (BFF, sister, mom, etc.) if that’s of interest to you. Enjoy 3 days & 2 nights accommodations in a beautiful, newly renovated, Airbnb. Cortney is a Super Host & her Suite was voted “Guest Favorite” in downtown Charleston. The Suite has a beautiful aesthetic & lots of natural light. You will be welcomed with fresh cut flowers, a mini fridge stocked with your fav beverages/snacks & a special luxury goodie bag!

Enjoy a half day at The Wonderer, a Tulum inspired members-only wellness/work/social club. This can include lunch, hang time by the pool, gym session, infrared sauna, cold plunge, etc.
This retreat is all-inclusive. You’ll be provided with three meals a day, including breakfasts at the cutest cafes, drool worthy lunch spots, healthy snacks & beverages, & 2 dinners out at Charleston's finest restaurants. Charleston is known for it's culinary scene & you will be enjoying it to the fullest.

Why attend a retreat?
Retreats give you the opportunity to press pause on daily responsibilities & stress so you can channel that energy & focus inward. They allow you to slow down & receive. It’s wild how much inner peace, sparks of creativity & mental clarity comes when you’re in state of receiving.
If you find yourself having issues with sleep, digestion, anxiety, holding onto extra weight, headaches, etc., your body is telling you it needs a break! Your nervous system is likely stuck in fight or flight. A retreat provides you with the opportunity to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system where our body can truly rest, digest & heal.
Simply put, retreats are great for mental, emotional, spiritual & physical health. Many people invest in vacations where they’re sedentary most of the time, drinking alcohol & end up feeling like they need a vacation after their vacation to recoup. This is not that kind of experience! I guarantee you will feel refreshed, nourished & inspired when you leave this retreat & have tools to take what you’ve learned & integrate them into your daily life.

Friday:
12pm: Arrive at the Airbnb to find fresh flowers, a handwritten note & a luxury welcome goodie bag full of treats that will stimulate your senses. Unpack & get settled.
Intention Setting, oracle card reading & journaling

Saturday:

Heart Coherence Meditation, oracle card reading & journaling session

Trip to the Farmers Market in Marion Square or breakfast at The Harbinger Cafe
